Property2 is the innovation of Graeme McEwan and Robert Peter who between them have over 50 years experience of the property market in Scotland.

Having had an enviable track record and held senior positions within companies such as at.home nationwide, Countrywide Residential Lettings and subsequently a director of Safe Hands Property Management, and having been appointed a member of Shelter Scotland's strategic 'think-tank', Graeme realised that many clients with specific needs were being ignored and that they had become disenchanted with the levels of service they were receiving.

As a result, a niche within the market was not currently being satisfied and Property2 was born.

The company has been specifically set up to fulfil the requirements of modern property management services along with residential lettings and sales, property consultancy and to combine the three in an overall seamless lifestyle management package.

As Graeme himself says:

"A fresh new innovative approach was needed to what has up until now been a very traditional and unimaginative marketplace. Property2 is a new breed of property company, that addresses the aspect of customer care for clients and offers a range of lifestyle services specifically tailored to their needs within the property sector."
