Property Managers
Our Property Managers handle the day to day running of your development. They also:
- Carryout thorough and regular site visits and inspections
- Attend site meetings with residents and contractors and residents meetings (if required)
- Obtain quotes in order to achieve the best value for money for services and repairs
- Tender, organise and manage all common maintenance contracts such as cleaning and gardening
- Liaise with other Property Managers and owners of adjoining properties in mutual repairs
- Ensure all areas under common ownership are constantly maintained to the very highest standards
Finance and Credit Control Team
We aim to provide the best financial care to all our clients. This includes:
- Keeping all owner floats and any settlement of common charges in a ring fenced bank account registered in the name of the development
- Producing regular invoices in-line with the development registered Deed of Conditions
- Responding to all communication from owners through email, telephone and letter
- Managing your development bank account including payment of contractors
- Ensuring that all charges are collected through our debt recovery services
- Work with solicitors to ensure correct action is taken to recover money for your development
- Produce provisional budgets in order to assist with monthly contributions
- Work together with the Property Managers to ensure that the best prices are being attained
Communication & Media Team
We have recently set up a dedicated team to assist with our internal and external communication.
This service includes:
- Producing a regular newsletter entitled ‘Factor File’ to keep all residents informed about factoring at their development
- Respond to any enquiries that may not be financial or management related
- Carryout out owner surveys and questionnaires to understand where we can help improve our service
- Look at new innovative ways to improve our business and our service
