All our suppliers are vetted and managed by an expert team with relevant experience. These experts are also involved in monitoring and auditing the quality of service and value our suppliers provide.

The 'P2 Lifestyle' service offered by Property2 is unique within the factoring/letting market. It is offered at no extra cost to the client.

In addition, if a client has a property to rent that is already within P2's factored portfolio, a reduction in the management fee is awarded. The same applies with regard to properties for sale.
