The unique element of Factor File is that we encourage residents and owners to contact us with suggestions. If you have a communal issue you want to express to your neighbours without the hassle of arguments let Factor File do it for you!
Currently issued Bi-annually, the latest edition will be posted through your door or placed in your communal area.
If you are a landlord, we will keep you informed on your investment and will send out a copy with your latest correspondence.
